Many coaches land in the wellness arena through struggles of their own. I came here with no factory-setting for willpower, and a predilection for shiny things, bad habits and perfectionism…oof! This combination created an inner boiling cauldron of calamity that seemed bottomless.

One lucky day, I discovered the science of mindfulness, and it change the trajectory of my life. This is not hyperbole: mindfulness is the foundational skill my healing and health journey. I build resilience through a variety of tools I use daily to be happier, more open of heart and spirit, and more productive. It is an imperfect process, but with imperfection comes the ability for growth. One of my favorite quotes, comes from researcher Al Switzler, (who coined the term Skill-power): “Let a bad day become good data”; I am a constant collector of data

Habit Change Coaching.

I refer to myself as a facilitator: I support the ideas my clients envision for themselves by helping them to create an authentic and lasting outcome.  A facilitator helps one to explore and embrace new perspectives and possibilities.  We do this together through candid conversations as we co-create strategies that allow you to venture out of your comfort zone. Together we create a relationship of trust and collaboration. I help clients courageously work their edges, make brave choices and find their own inner piece.

Health Coaching

Through my live online classes, you will the experience the alchemy that happens when a group of people, open and ready for change, come together and help each other learn and grow. I offer classes in mindfulness, brain and gut health, no-gimmick sustainable weight management, and pure habit-change. I don’t do quick fixes, but I do believe everyone should be able to afford this work, so I structure my programs accordingly. The Bredesen Protocol

I am fortunate to be part of the small but mighty Apollo Health team, helping to deliver the work of Dr. Dale Bredesen and The Bredesen Protocol to those who most need it. As an Apollo content creator, group facilitator and coach, I work closely with the experts in this ground-breaking functional approach to Alzheimer’s. As one of the developers and facilitators of Apollo’s KetoFLEX 12/3 education group, I have helped over 400 Apollo members (often referred to as “brain health pioneers”) to find their skill-power as they incorporate this revolutionary, but challenging, nutrition plan and lifestyle into their lives.
